I actually did this without reviving other agent. Make sure you have Revive Hive equiped and respond to call from other agent and if he's not down. Just run to enemies and let them down you, your hive will revive you and trophy will pop.

~Glitched~

This is the problem child of this trophy list. I say it's glitched but in reality it's just really stubborn and seems to decide to unlock on its own terms. There are many different methods in getting this, it's purely down to how many times you have to meet the requirements before it decides to unlock.

Method 1:

What you need to do is respond to a call for help. Either from matchmaking or in the menu page and then you must revive the agent who made the call.

Method 2:

The hive revive method. This one is quick and easy to do. Respond to a call for help via matchmaking, blow yourself up and you will drop the revive hive and revive yourself. This actually counts as an agent revived and the trophy will pop (hopefully).

Method 3:

There is a guaranteed method for it. Where with a friend you can manipulate the game into being in a call for help state. I haven't tried this method personally but there are plenty of people who it has worked for first time. Please refer to the thread here: LINK for further details providing a step by step guide. Thanks Laurik for the link to this method.

For some the trophy unlocks straight away but others have spent hours doing the same thing over and over until it pops. Choose a method and hope for the best but it will come eventually. To boost this trophy, check out the trophy boosting thread here: LINK

Note. This achievement is know to be glitchy and can be unlocked by fulfilling the literal requirements as per its description or by utilizing a trick to force it into unlocking. Either way, this could take dozens of repeated attempts to unlock.

The apparent legitimate way to unlock this achievement is to answer a call for help, that you will receive regularly while playing the game that then takes you into the world of the agent calling for help, then reviving them when they have been downed. However this does not seem to work for most people as it didn't for me, but there is another method that did eventually work for me and many others.

First you need to equip the Reviver Hive skill and assign it to one of the bumpers. Then you need to respond to a call for help. You can wait for these to appear or else if you go to the map and press three times, you can matchmake specifically for people who are calling for help. Once you load into such a game, use your grenade to down yourself, then your Reviver Hive will deploy and get you back up. If you're lucky this will unlock the achievement for you. You will very likely need to repeat this anywhere from 5-10 times to 50+ times before it will finally unlock.

Credit to 'Itzz Sh0wt1m3' for discovering this method.

For those who have suffered with this trophy, there is a 100% option!
1.find a friend who is willing to help you
2. you are both in the game but not in the group!
3. one of the players opens the map and looks for requests for help (orange exclamation mark on the map) if there is no sign for a long time, turn off and turn on the request for help through the square
4. we found a sign, point at it, the cross button up will appear, then the second player should be ready through the communication menu to join you (join the group)
5.now both of you must press buttons on the count of three, one player responds to the request (cross pad up, the other joins his group)
6.after loading you will be on the same server in a group without other agents, the player who responded to the request when turning on the map will still see the request for help (will be spinning in the bottom left circle)
7. Now everything is simple: the one who joined the group kills himself with a grenade (must completely lie down!) The other one picks him up and the trophy.
PS. I checked on three accounts, the trophy did not fall in all of them before.

The trophy was bugged, it was done by two people, only friends and the clan put up a “request for help”, a friend threw grena at his feet, sent a request in a completely dead state, I joined, raised it, zero emotions. I left the session, and they did the same thing, only my friend connected to me, and the trophy immediately fell to him. Then I joined my friend again, doing everything the same as the first time and the trophy fell out. What to call it if it’s not a bug, I don’t know.

It may be a coincidence, but the trophy fell to three people this way. Joined someone else's session after a request for help. They died and were reborn with the help of the hive. Try it as an option.

Everything turned out easy and naturally! I made a selection of players for the story mission, one person was hooked up! After the mission, he stayed and started running around the city with me, completing checkpoints and other open-world tasks, in one of them he was overwhelmed by a yellow mob, I picked him up and the trophy fell out.

Everything is just 5 minutes business. Two comrades, the same global level, open world, not in the same group, accepting requests for help - EVERYTHING. Let's go!!!! We meet the bots and kill all but one, let him kill you. Your partner is waiting in my world. Press TAB, scroll to the right to find the players tab. Next, wait on the tab to respond to the request. The first player allows himself to be killed by a bot and when he falls, he presses a request (attention, the second player does not need to look for this request on the map since it is not always displayed), as soon as the second player hears a call for help, he presses Respond to a request, then we raise a friend and your prize through 30sec.

I managed to do it without the help of friends:

1. We put on a hive with resuscitation
2. Open the map, look for any player’s request for help (exclamation mark on the map) and respond to it.
We are not interested in the one who asked for help; in my case, he actually ran away somewhere while I was connecting, and I appeared in the middle of the street and there were no enemies nearby.
3. When another player appears in a session, we throw (this is important!!!) a beehive next to us.
4. While the hive is lying on the ground, throw a grenade nearby and stand on it.
5. The grenade explodes and sends us crawling. The hive immediately picks us up and after a few seconds we hear the coveted “bullshit” and get the trophy.

PS: I tried it first with the hive on (without throwing it on the ground) - the trophy did not fall out.

I don't know who gets this trophy, I've already killed more than 10 people (crawling a couple of times, but mostly completely dead, I began to wait like an asshole for my partner to bleed out and only then cut them), but I still didn't get the trophy. I tried it with two people, three people, both in missions and in the open world. Looks more like a bug to be honest. Well, or it’s not clear what the game wants from me
