To unlock the Autograph Hunter trophy in The Division 2, you will first need to gain access to Specialisations. These become available once you complete the last Stronghold main story mission called Capitol Hill.
Once unlocked, you can find the Specializations vendor on a table next to the Quartermaster at the White House. You can choose between the following options:
Demolitions: Grenade Launcher
Sharpshooter: .50 Cal Sniper Rifle
Survivalist: Crossbow
You can switch to these weapons by holding

Choose one of the above, head outside the White House and kill the first enemy you see. Head back to the Specialisations Vendor, switch to a new one and repeat x 2 until you have at least one kill with each one.

At the start of the end game content (tier 1) you will unlock your signature weapons. These can be changed back and fourth as much as you like. Get a kill with the Crossbow, Grenade Launcher and Sniper.

You will unlock specializations after reaching level 30, completing the main story and then completing another short mission to unlock them. Once you have them unlocked, you can switch between them at any time in the White House on the left as you go through the main entrance.
When you have them equipped, hold
to wield it, then use it as a normal weapon. These are very powerful and will kill lower tiered enemies with a single shot. Simply get a kill with each of the weapons to unlock this achievement.
