How to unlock the Checking In achievement in Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Definitive Guide

The Checking In trophy in The Division 2 is story-related and can't be missed.

Once you visit the Theater settlement, you will be asked to rescue Eleanor Sawyer from the Grand Washington Hotel for the next Main Mission.

The trophy will unlock at the end of the mission when you have rescued Eleanor from the hotel rooftop, made your way back down to the atrium, used the turret to destroy the door and defeated the remaining enemies.
