To unlock the Crafty Collector trophy in The Division, you will need to collect a total of 20 blueprints.

You receive blueprints by completing side missions and projects. Your best option is to play the game normally and pick up blueprints as you go. If you want to speed it up, however, you can buy additional blueprints from vendors.

Blueprints are dropped after missions, side missions and can be bought at some vendors. Collect 20 and the trophy will pop.

You will get blueprints from completing projects, side missions and vendors, as well as very rarely in randomly found loot. You will almost certainly unlock this through natural play as it is very difficult to miss, though if you still find yourself with less than 20 by the time you're done with the game, try to complete all of the bounties and side missions and keep checking the vendors to see if anything is available for sale.
