To unlock the Dark Zone: Extraction trophy in The Division 2, you will need to extract loot from all three of the game's Dark Zones.
The Division 2 Dark Zones:
- DZ East
- DZ South
- DZ west
You unlock the ability to enter Dark Zones after you recruit Senait Ezera from the Theater district. Once she is recruited, return to the White House and talk to her. She will give you a tutorial mission for DZ East. Completing the tutorial will unlock another tutorial for DZ South. Completing that will unlock a final tutorial for DZ West.
Once you have completed the three Dark Zone tutorial missions, you will gain full access to each of them.
To unlock the trophy, you will simply need to visit each Dark Zone, find some loot, enter the extraction point highlighted on the map and fire a flare to call the extraction helicopter. Wait for the chopper to arrive and defend your position so that you nobody steals what you have, attach you loot to it and wait until the chopper leaves.
Once you have recovered at least one item from each of the three Dark Zones, the trophy will unlock.

There are 3 Dark Zones in The Division 2 and you have to do a mission to unlock all of them. During this mission you will have to extract an item to finish it and open the area up. On the third extraction the trophy will pop. You can check out the trophy boosting thread here: LINK

The Dark Zone can be a very unforgiving part of the game and as such you should only attempt the Dark Zone related achievements in the end-game when you are appropriately leveled up and have decent equipment.
The loot that you can find in the Dark Zone can either be regular loot that you would see in the normal areas of the game or it will be contaminated, which will look like gold 'High End' loot but with some red lines around the gold marker. When you pick it up it will go into a special pouch underneath your backpack. These items cannot be carried back through the door out of the Dark Zone and will instead need to be extracted by helicopter.
There will be two extraction points in each of the three Dark Zones and to use them, enter their effective area and hold
to call for the extraction. You will then need to wait for a minute or so while the helicopter arrives and have to defend against enemy attackers and potentially other players who will be alerted when an extraction is imminent. Once the helicopter arrives, attach your contaminated loot onto it and survive until it leaves roughly 30 seconds later. You need to do this in all three of the Dark Zones.
Note. There is a mission to unlock each of the three Dark Zones; East, South and West and during the East and West missions you will have to extract an item. These will count towards this achievement and you're safe to accomplish them as other players won't be able to bother you during these initial missions. Then the only other Dark Zone you will need to extract something from is the South Dark Zone.
