How to unlock the Deep Underground achievement in Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Definitive Guide

This is story related and cannot be missed. Javier Kajika is located in the Battery Park zone of Lower Manhattan and is affiliated with the Cleaners.
After collecting intelligence on the whereabouts of Kajika, head to Pathway Park, just west of the Haven settlement. You will encounter Kajika numerous times in this mission but will be unable to defeat him until the end. Push forward through the tunnels below the park, eliminating the waves of ambushing enemies. Press forward, destroying a drill in the process.
When you reach Kajika for the final time in the boiler room, you are bombarded with toxic smoke grenades and surges of Cleaner henchmen. Continue moving around the room to avoid the smoke and shock traps and Kajika will finally confront you one-on-one. After defeating him, locate his hideout at the back of the boiler room for the final intel.
