Story related and can't be missed.
Before you have access to this mission you will have to complete a side mission. This is just a little intro into the new DLC missions. Just as before you can complete these on any difficulty level in order to unlock the trophy.
There's nothing difficult about these missions at all. Just take extra care on the last area here because the boss can kill you in one hit. It's an air strike missile attack that can get you if you're unaware. Other than that its a simple mission

As you may expect, this mission is much like what you would have played during the main game. Follow the linear path and clear out the areas and bosses. Nothing really to say in regards to a strategy. You have to play this on 'Story' difficulty for your first run through it and this itself makes it almost laughably easy.
