Go into the area and start killing nearby enemies. Eventually the leader will come out. Kill the Leader (yellow bar), then defend a second attack and kill that leader. You can hold down 
at anytime to Call for Backup, which will initiate the take over and provide reinforcements. Do this without going down and the trophy is yours.
