How to unlock the Jail Break achievement in Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Definitive Guide

This is story related and cannot be missed. Theo Parnell is located in the Civic Center zone of Lower Manhattan and is affiliated with the Rikers.
After some investigation, you find that Parnell is holed up in an abandoned prison. Throughout the mission, Parnell uses holograms to taunt you as you fight your way through different areas of the complex. After securing Parnell’s research, continue to work your way through a courtroom then outside to encounter turrets (to destroy them, shoot the generator just below them).
When you finally encounter Parnell, he will be using holograms to confuse you. This fight will be in waves. To find the real Parnell, look to see if any of them are moving (there are 6-8 potential locations). Also, you can shoot them to see if any take any damage. Throughout his deception, soldiers and turrets will constantly appear, so take them out as you are trying to identify the real Parnell. Eventually, he will have taken enough damage to come out of hiding, so it’s just a matter of eliminating him and his armored subordinates. When he is finally dead, examine his body for the final intel.
Note: To get full intelligence for this lieutenant and subsequent access to Aaron Keener, you must investigate Police Headquarters after completing The Tombs.
