Story related and can't be missed.
After the side mission and first main mission you will have access to the last mission in this DLC. The story to this is actually pretty decent. Again, it can be done on any difficulty and the trophy is yours on completion.

Story related, cannot be missed. Unlocked for completing the mission 'DARPA Research Labs'.
Again this mission is very linear and follows much like missions from the main game. There is a boss at the end who can prove challenging to a degree, but certainly not as hard as many bosses you likely have beaten before. Again this needs to be done on the 'Story' difficulty so is very easy to complete either solo or in a group.
