It really is as simple as it sounds! You need to first find a 4-door car anywhere in the game that has both doors open on one side of the car. Then go into cover at the bonnet (hood) and aim towards the boot (trunk) of the car so it shows 
on there and allows you to move to cover, then hold to complete the movement, shutting both doors and unlocking the achievement in the process.
