Outside of the safe house and right from the first mission, you will find Coney Island Amusement Park. Start the mission or matchmake to get this underway.
None of the encounters during this mission should pose any difficulty. You have to play it on story mode first anyway, making this very easy solo. It's a fairly short mission compared to most in the game and sets up nicely for the next expansion.
Complete the mission to unlock this trophy.
