After you finish creating your Agent, you'll be tasked to complete a small tutorial on a few basics of gameplay before you're allowed to progress. You'll meet up with Faye Lau, in Brooklyn, and receive 3 side missions to complete before opening up the main mission. After you clear out the Rioters from the police station, you'll be directed to another cutscene where this trophy will unlock.
