Joe Ferro, leader of a faction known as The Cleaners, is producing Napalm to be used to burn suspected infected civilians. You will be tasked to go into their production site and wipe out the Cleaners' equipment and kill Joe Ferro. The trophy will unlock when the last mission objective is fulfilled and the mission completed notice displays.
