How to unlock the Gain a Foothold achievement in Tom Clancy's The Division - Definitive Guide

This trophy will unlock once you enter the Base of operations for the first time and watch a short cut scene. You can go directly to the base once you step off of the helicopter in Manhattan or you can do side missions to level a bit and upgrade your gear. If you choose to go directly there just stick to the most direct route there and stay on the main roads and you should have no problem getting there.

Mission: Establish Base of Operations
Recommended Level: 4

When you reach Manhattan you'll eventually head towards the Post Office where Rioters have started attacking the remaining JTF. You'll have to kill the Rioters to open up the Base of Operations. Once inside, you'll be directed to a terminal at each wing of the base signifying the different forms of disaster relief. After you've interacted with all three of the terminals, head back towards the entrance for a cutscene where this trophy will unlock.
