This mission will not be available until after you complete all of the other main missions on the map.

The Last Man Battalion are hold up in the U.N. building preparing to make their last stand. Enter the building, eliminate the LMB, capture or kill Bliss, and attempt to rescue Vitaly Tchernenko. The trophy will unlock when the last mission objective is fulfilled and the mission completed notice displays.
