This mission will not be available until after you unlock the Medical Wing, regardless of your level.

Dr. Kandel needs a strain of the original virus released on Black Friday in order to research its attributes on the road to a cure. The release point of the virus is in a mall called Broadway Emporium. Once at the mall you will search the different stores and cash registers for a sample of the original virus strain and fight any Cleaners in your way. The trophy will unlock when the last mission objective is fulfilled and the mission completed notice displays.
