Same here. 100% on the save, but a few related achievements hadn't unlocked (finding all collectibles, complete all challenges, complete the game)

I beat the game and never got this achievement

I have 100% completion on my profile and this still hasn't triggered. Am I SOL? Really don't want to beat it again just for this.
