Yes it's somehow bugged. I have "No Stone Left Unturned" achievement but not "Archaeologist".

Same here. First run I got everything and the "No Stone Left Unturned" ach, and second run I got 34 relics out of 42, meaning 81%, and nothing... I'm desperate of doing the game a third time without without being sure to get it this time...

People above, did you finally get this? How did you do? Just restart another run? Clear your cache and/or delete your save file out-game in the console menus? Thanks.
