How to unlock the Inconceivable! achievement in Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide

Credit goes to Zasta 360GameTV all i've done is copied his solution from the xbox 360 guide to the xbox one guide as at the time i wrote this there wasn't one.

I personally used his guide for both versions hench I linked it here


There are 13 challenges in the game i will list each challenge and the area.
I Will also link the following guide which is for the challenges but for the 360 as its the same game and same challenges you will be fine :).

If you also want to do it without a guide then i would recommend you wait until you have the upgrade where it highlights the collectible.

Ive finished all challenges and every camp is at 100% yet this achievement didn't pop I was wondering if anybody else had this problem? thanks

I searched the net and I found out there is a set of challenges that don't show up on the map. Cliffside bunker and these where the ones I missed. Thanks

Can you continue playing after you finish the story or does all of this need to be completed as you complete the levels for the firs time?

Helpful guide, those last few challenges are ridiculously easy to miss. Also, the achievement didn't visibly pop for me when I completed the last challenge, so I restarted the game thinking it had glitched, but when I checked notifications it turned out it had unlocked. Weird.

I did the Cliffside Bunker as well (accessible through Shipwreck Beach) but still no achievement... I double checked the map; all challenges are at 100%. I fear this one is glitched for me...

EDIT: It finally appeared on my achievements list two weeks later. I didn't do anything special, and it didn't pop on my screen, I just spotted it on my list by accident. It's showing the date I got it on. So just be patient I guess...

Of course it is allowed if you give credit and ask the original owner and when 34 people fail to say what is wrong then the downvote is a joke and pointless. Only no one ever understands TA this. Downvotes without comments are null and void.

Got them all. Completed the game. No achievement :( If I look at each area at fast travel points it says 100% complete for all of them. If I hit back and view the full world map, the game says I am 99% complete?!

Também estou com o mesmo problema do amigo acima. Concluí 100% do jogo mas acusa 99% e essa conquista não saiu

Verefique o desafio "habitantes anteriores". Geralmente ele passa despercebido pelo fato do local onde se encontra não conter acampamento com viagem rápida.

Joguei 3 vezes esse jogo concluindo 100%, e mesmo assim a conquista não sai, fiz praticamente de TUDO para pipocar e não pipoca. Frustrante viu.

If anyone is confused why it hasn't popped after visitng every Fast Travel location, you need to get to Cliffside Bunker which doesn't have a Fast Travel camp

I completed every challenges and collectibles but it didn’t pop and my save file is at 99%…

Edit: don’t forget the Cliffside Bunker challenge!

I thought I am 100% completion, but after all found that I missed Cliffside Bunker challenge (which you can't fast move directly). After burn the last flag the achievement unlocked (but complete one challenge still locked)

Completed all challenges and nothing popped but when I left the game, it popped straight away. Still going to have to reply the whole game again as a section for chatterbox was missed.

I have 100% the game twice. I also did Cliffside Bunker - Previous Inhabitants. I have not unlocked this achievement at all.

I assumed that I had 100% every camp (going by the fast travel map) but it said I was only 99% complete and then I seen this post.
Had to the travel to the Cliffside bunker from the beach and seen that I had the flag burning challenge to do.
Set fire to the 4 flags (Previous Inhabitants challenge) and the achievement popped up.
I was pulling my hair out with this one as I couldn't figure out what I was missing.
Thanks very much for the guide.

I did everything... But they never gave me the trophy. I completed the game 99%.. 100% I can’t see a bug in the game.. I need to quickly move from camp to camp but alas it doesn’t count.

THERE ARE NO BUGS WITH THE TROPHY!

You just missed something.

Most often they miss it in a place where you cannot teleport (bunker) and in the slums (you must not only burn the scarecrow, but also throw it off with a rope).

In general, just be more careful.

My very first "Ghost Hunter" test glitched, I destroyed all 10 totems, but the statistics show that only 9

The last 2 missing posters were in the "Bunker on the Rock" (transition from the "Coast of Sorrows" camp).

I can confirm. The trophy is given as expected, the most important thing is not to miss the “Former Inhabitants”, since the “Bunker on the Rock” location cannot be reached by moving between camps.

When I passed it myself, the “Silent Hunt” test glitched: I collected 10 mushrooms (I ran around all the places three times and found 10 myceliums, that is, collection points, they remain noticeable), but the game counted only 9. Exiting the location and exiting the game helped , then re-entering and moving to the location - one mushroom turned out to be uncut.
