This Achievement is Soloable. No need to get buddies or get lucky.
Simply create a private match oh whatever gametype you like, I chose Team Deathmatch, and make sure your faction is Salarii. Choose the Map beach. At the bottom of the center lift is a Tire Fire. Stand on it until your screen goes gray, your character clutches his stomach, and you can hear your heart beating. Now get away from the fire and go to the Zip Line nearby ( like 5 feet ). Press A to jump on then Hold X to 'escape' death. Do that 2 more times and Viola!
