Just a little tip for those still having trouble after the patch to unlock this.
If you have a save before the last item and pick it up THIS WILL NOT WORK The bugged item is before this so this will not do anything
If you have a save at the start of the level with all collectables until this level and collect all the items in the last level THIS WILL NOT WORK. However if you do load this save this can work if you kill yourself and restart the level from the passport screen. This resets the level and for whatever reason collecting all items after doing this WILL WORK
Alternatively you can also start a brand new unfinished business and collect everything again. THIS ALSO WORKS
So to sum up if you have a save at the start of the 4th level with all collectables up to that point, make sure to kill yourself and restart the level before grabbing everything otherwise it wont pop.

They really really suck at fixing issues….

I dont understand how they miss these things, half the devs on this remastered are massive fans of the series, you would think they would willingly playtest and check these things as they all know the levels back to front lol.

Currently unobtainable.
I just completed the DLC with all secrets and pickups, but sadly the achievement did not pop up. I really hope they patch all these issue.
This still seems to be unobtainable even after the patch.

This achievement has gone from 0.01% unlocks on the Xbox network to 0.02% in the last few days. I'm hoping it'll get fixed but I have a sinking feeling we'll not see another patch.
