This is currently glitched and can be unlocked using the skip level cheat. It may be patched out.
To skip a level, walk one step forward, one step backward, turn 360° 3 times, then jump ahead of you (standing jump). Do this for every level until the end.
On the last level, you won't have time to do the cheat as the boss will attack you immediately. You'll need to kill him with the pistols by circling him carefully and shooting. Try to save as falling is easy here.

I got this achievement while working on another achievement for use no medipacks, and you do have time to do it on this boss as soon as the level begins 😉 I thought I'd have to fight him too, but managed to get cheat in on time before he hit me.
PS: My advice for this boss is to focus on Lara's feet if anyone chooses to fight it instead of attempting to level skip.

You can get all other achievements where you need to kill an enemy with a certain weapon type, to get that. Just save before the fight, do what you need to do to get the achievement and then just reload and kill that enemy with pistols and continue playing only with pistols.

I didn't equip or shot with other weapons after reloading the save. I did pickup all weapons and that doesn't void the achievement.

This is achieved by completing the game only firing pistols. I don't know whether simply getting another gun out will break the achievement or if you need to actually fire another weapon.
You can pick up other weapons just fine, but just to be safe never equip them.
The achievement will unlock when the completed level stats appear for The Great Pyramid.
