How to unlock the TR It’s About Time! achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide
Done in TR1 - Caves and Palace Midas
Heavily suspected to be only 2 things needed to look at for this.
At the back of this room is a massive stone disc decoration, which is essentially a giant calendar. Run up close to it, press the look button to look at it, and then save your game to lock it for the achievement.
Screenshot below:
Depending on how you play this stage, you could do this near the beginning or the end of the stage, but you'll have to go through this area at some point, so don't worry about missing it.
On the way to the Midas hand which you use for the lead bricks, you'll run through a garden of sorts. In the middle there's a sundial. Run up to it and look to confirm.
Screenshot below:
On my very first playthrough I didn't even realise this was an achievement so I'm not sure how many "time devices" are needed to "look at" but comments here and on Reddit strongly suggest that it's just these two. I didn't specifically "look" at the sundial either, just stopped in front of it. So if by Palace Midas you still haven't unlocked this achievement, and you definitely have looked at calendar in Caves, you missed something somewhere.
The achievement should unlock immediately after looking at the sundial.
Be warned that there may be others we're not aware of!

Caves
Location: Room containing Secret 3. In the room where you fight two wolves, pull a lever and do some acrobatics to get through a timed door, there's a ledge on the left side of the room near a bunch of foliage. Jump onto this ledge and run through to the room which contains the last secret of the stage. At the back of this room is a massive stone disc decoration, which is essentially a giant calendar. Run up close to it, press the look button to look at it, and then save your game to lock it for the achievement.

Can confirm it's only the two items, the one in Caves and the tiny gold one in Midas.

For anyone who does not have the first one: It is in "Caves", an ancient calendar on the wall where secret 3 is.

Huh, that makes sense that I got it then, because I specifically looked at that wall to compare the old and new visuals for that wall 😂 added to the solution. Thanks!
