TR 1, level 3 - Lost Valley
From the start, head to the LEFT, staying out the water and jumping across the various gaps and following the tunnels until you reach the rope bridge with a load of cogs on the wall opposite.
Cross this bridge, then drop down to the RIGHT, on the dry side of the water gate. The shotgun is by a skeleton on the ledge in front of you. Pick it up to unlock the achievement.
Dont bother following the tunnel further, as you can't access it properly yet. Instead, jump back up and jump into the water to continue the level as normal.
