How to unlock the TR Lucky Diver achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide
Unfinished Business - Level 2 - The Hive
After defeating the two centaurs in the arena area and pulling down the switches, in the next room will be another five enemies, clear them out first. In the water you will see two switches pull them both down to open the doors, go back up for air. I started with the left side door which has five items close together first, then quickly swam over and through the other door to pick up the six items in there, they’re a little more spread out here. If you run out of air be ready to throw on some health packs. I made a short clip to give you an idea of where they all are.

Tomb Raider Unfinished Business - The Hive (Level 2)
Progress through the level and you'll reach the 2 centaurs room for the Ben-Hur achievement. Two of the switches on the divider wall open doors into the next room which has a bunch of enemies. After dealing with all of them, you'll see a pool in the middle of the room.
Dive in and use both switches to open doors underwater on the left and right side (looking at the pool from the way you entered). Go up for full air then dive into the left room to grab 5 item pickups total. Then leave and head directly across to the other room for 6 more items. They are scatted around in various corners so use Photo Mode to plan your route effectively. It's possible to do it without running out of air, but you can also use medipacks once your air runs out to heal and get more time, the achievement should still unlock.
