TR 1 - Level 9, Tomb of Tihocan
At the very end of the level, directly after your first enouncter with Centaurs, you'll fight Pierre for the last time.
Just keep somersaulting over him (jump forward and hold
to do so) whilst constantly peppering him with lead. In remastered mode, he has a health bar, so you can tell when he's about to fall.
As soon as he keels over, the achievement will unlock. Now climb up to grab the key, go forward and get the achievement for finishing the level - and the one for letting the Centaurs live, if you didn't blow them to bits!
