For anyone still looking to find the image, I found it here, and got the achievement for standing here for 5 seconds. There are multiple locations to earn this achievement throughout the level, as some will mention in comments where to find them. I just wanted to share this video for anyone like me who didn’t know exactly what they were looking for, I only got the achievement because I climbed up there and set my controller down for a few seconds to check my phone.

In reality, the achievement can be earned in multiple place. The same image is seen in the bottom of the pool in the area with lots of leafs and some crocodiles (after the room with the 8 mummies and the one with the great and large yellow stairs.
Just look at it while you dive in to activate a lever.

Tomb Raider Unfinished Business - Temple of the Cat (Level 4)
There are multiple places to find the ancient image, but this one is directly on your normal progression path. Inside the temple you will eventually find a small room with two pharoah images on the floor, touch them to open the door on the left. Kill the 2 mummies inside then head across the room and activate both switches. The one on the right moves a boulder behind you, head into the doorway it was blocking. Dodge or kill the crocodile in the trench below, then use the ledges on the left side of the room. On the left immediately after you get up the higher ledge is the image.

Found in the Temple of the Cat
After the room with all the mummies in alcoves, you need to reach the switch behind the cat statue.
After pulling the switch and activating the golden bridge, you'll go through the door into a sort of garden area. Follow the greenery-lined tunnel into a room with a large pillar depicting two figures. One of those figures looks familiar, yes?
Stand right in front of the pillar and Look up at the "Lara" figure for 5 seconds
Confirmation needed: The is a second similar image in the pool of water, would this count too?
