TR 1 - Level 14, "Atlantis"
As you approach the end of the level, you'll enter a smallish room devoid of enemies. Three huge thrones - the seat of each one a pushable block - sit around the edges. The tops of the thrones are marked with Q, T and N, the initials of the Atlantean rulers.
Simoly climb up on to the block which forms the seat of each throne before moving any of them. Spend a second up there, then go to the next on and do the same. When you've climbed onto all three, your achievement will unlock.

Tomb Raider I - Level 14 (Atlantis)
Progress through the level and you'll reach a trap room with darts, a slicing blade door and a boulder that activates once you go up the ramp. Run to the right corner of the room then side flip onto the ramp and back off to trigger the boulder and deactivate the blades. Run into the throne room and jump on all 3 throne blocks for the achievement.
