Tomb Raider 1 Remastered - Unfinished Business - Level 3 - Return to Egypt
Once you get to the area with two moveable blocks, going left will progress you through the level, but if you go through the spikes leading right and make your way up past a boulder, you will climb up high to get to this secret pickup location. Be sure to save your game incase you fall off. When you’re standing where I start, simply run jump then swan dive towards the rock to reach secret #3 of this level. I play on modern controls to to preform a swan dive, jump forward then quickly press and hold down X/Walk button.

Just a heads up, I think you have to do this when you discover the secret because I got the secret, continued with the level and then returned later when I realised I forgot to do the dive... however it wouldn't unlock for me the second time so I reckon you need to do it at the same time as getting the secret.

I can confirm that you need to do the swan dive while getting the secret. If you've already gotten the secret by normal jumping there and afterwards you go there with the swandive the achievement won't unlock. Or at least it didn't for me. I just reloaded an earlier save and went immediately there, did the swan dive and after Lara stood straight again the achievement popped. The pickup isn't required for the achievement to pop.

Tomb Raider Unfinished Business - Return to Egypt (Level 3)
There will be a large room with a spikefield in the middle and movable blocks in the leftside wall. Walk across the spikes, a panther will spawn at the tunnel on the other side. Go into that tunnel and head straight instead of turning left, a boulder will fall. You can use side jumps to get past it where it fell down. From here, climb up on the right side (there will be a panther ahead if you triggered the statue), pull a 180 to jump over the gap, and head up the staircase. Make a save here and you can get the Alone in the Dark achievement by jumping out the large gap in the wall beside you.

Otherwise make a running jump across to the ledge ahead, then position yourself to jump and slide down to grab the other side of this ledge. Shimmy over and climb up, then turn 180 to look at the secret on another ledge ahead of you. You must swan dive (jump forward while holding Walk on Tank Controls, hold forward while holding Walk with Modern controls) to this ledge while the secret sound plays for the achievement - reload and try again if it doesn't unlock.
