The "bald enemy" is the trench coat wearing boss you need to kill at the end of Natla's Mines, the first Atlantis level in TR1. You will face him in the last room of the level, where you need to open the big double doors underneath the pyramid-like structure.

You can ONLY use shotgun to fight and kill him, if you use other guns and switch to the shotgun to simply finish him off using it, it won't pop the trophy. So save your shotgun ammo for this boss if possible.

Just to let you know you can't do this in ng+. I did it in ng+ and nothing. My first playthrough was for pistols only so missed this first time around. Which is kinda mean considering it was harder to do on ng+. Oh well.
