In the 3rd level of the game, Lost Valley, you'll have to pass through a T-Rex while exploring a prehistoric canyon.

Simply kill him to obtain the achievement.

This one might be glitched. I killed the T-Rex last night and the achievement didn't unlock. I'm not sure if there's any other requirements that I was missing. I'll try again.

I’ve killed the T-Rex three times on two different saves and no achievement. I’ll leave it for now but this is definitely bugged.

I wonder if it's weapon specific or something like that. I killed it with pistols each time. I'll try some variations tonight.

I finally unlocked this last night. Started a new game and beat the Caves then made it to and killed the T-Rex without dying. The only thing I did different from the first three goes was that I didn't let him lose attention on me. I killed him with pistols while jumping back and forth and never retreated to a cave or used a med kit.

It was probably just some fluke bug but wanted to add some details in case anyone else is having some trouble.

in my case, i killed it and didn't get an achievement pop up animation but the achievement is actually appearing as unlocked. happened with a few other achievements as well
