In the 5th level, St Francis' Folly, you'll have to grab keys from 4 trial ground to open the exit to the next level.
When doing the Thor trial, you'll need to stand on a plate to drop a giant hammer that will also drop 2 block. One of them will fall not far from you, so save before doing so to identify the exact spot, then jump to it once you hear the sound of the hammer falling.
If you stand on the right spot, the block will drop on you, and you'll be teleported onto the block (you won't die, so don't worry).
