Right at the start, run forward and head left slightly into the room with the square pool in the centre. Dodge the annoying wolves.
Dive into the pool and turn left at the junction under water. Follow the passage until you can surface at the end.
Climb out of the pool, and run / jump across to the ledge with the four snake statues on it. The achievement will unlock when you do.

This is done in chapter 2, City of Vilcamba. You can go to a room with a pool in the middle and has snakes on one side. Get a closer look of the snakes there!

This is the swimming pool you access through the underwater passage. The snake in question are the 4 statues around it.
