How to unlock the TR You Are Really Loki achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide

Done in TR1, St Francis Folly.
As soon as you walk in Thor and you're on the last "step", the lightning will start shooting out of the "disco ball".
From here, turn right 90° and run forwards, so that you're in the back right corner of the room, then face the arch in front. Have Lara's back against the wall (so that she's facing East).
Now, assuming you're using tank controls, tap the DPad up three times, wait for lighting to strike, then do a running jump over to the arch.
Note that in this room with the hammer you can also get the achievement "TR Thor's Mercy".
Grab the key at the top of the room and on the way out you need to do the same route but in reverse.
Walk as close to the step as you can before lightning starts shooting (if it's shooting then you're on the step/too far). Now, hold forwards and jump just before you reach the grey square towards the back of that room. Then exit the way you came in.
The achievement will unlock the moment you exit through the door.

The trick to avoid all damage is to walk to the right after entering and dive through the right-most arch after the first lightning strikes. Once the Thor key has been obtained, walk through the left-most arch and do exactly the same again towards the exit.
