How to unlock the TR You Corner Bug! achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide
Done in TR1, Palace Midas.
Can break if cheats were used in the game.
Earned by exploiting an infamous bug in the game engine that allows you to shoot up to the top of pillars, and pick up a medikit that the devs placed there for such users, in the room with all the levers.
Like the rest of the game, this is likley much easier to do with tank controls, playing with the DPad.
Facing the levers there's a funny shaped structure to the left, geographically one square behind the levers. The medikit is on top of that structure.
Jump to the highest part of that structure you can reach, and face away from the wall. Walk to the edge and side step as close to the structures pillar as you can, then rotate left a few degrees so that Lara is (in theory) looking at the corner of the pillar.
Hold the jump button down so that Lara repeatedly jumps, and if facing the right angle, she'll gradually inch into the corner. If she goes in far enough, the game engine will detect that she is in an "incorrect" location (inside the pillar) and therefore place her in a "correct" spot in the best way it knows how; throwing her to the highest surface possible in that square.
If you notice that holding jump she's not inching forward anymore and is being "pushed back" after each jump, adjust your angle a little and try again.
Pick up the medkit, and enjoy both the achievement and learning about a bug that works across the original three games!
Screenshot of the structure I'm referring to:
Video guide in case I suck at describing things (note I have already picked up the medkit here):

For the people who used level skip save method for misc achievements you'll need to start a new game entirely if you've already got past this mission on the same save.
So start up a new game but only use level skip up to palace midas not any further, it will now unlock when you pick it up.
Some other achievements wont pop for you if you've already went past the level before (like not hurting t-rex) so make sure to start a new game again then use level skip only up to the level you want the achievement on.

Tomb Raider I - Palace Midas (Level 7)
Progress through the level until you reach the room with 5 switches above and 4 locked combination doors. To the left of the switches are some tan blocks with a large medipack above. Jump to the landing below it and position yourself in the corner facing outwards and angle Lara diagonally but slightly more to the right. Start jumping, you're at the right angle if Lara's left arm starts clipping more into the wall with each jump. Eventually you'll glitch up to the platform and can grab the medipack.

Relatively straight forward, play through Palace Midas until you reach the large room with multiple switches. Climb up to the left of the switches (see video) and execute the corner bug - again see video.
