Golden Mask - Level 5 - Nightmare in Vegas
From when you first step out into the room with the golden sculpture in the middle, go towards where the boss is in a cage, then from there position yourself where I did and preform a swan dive. Be sure to make a save point here. I play using the Modern controls. So jump forward then quickly press X/Walk button to dive, then hold down B/Roll button to preform a double somersault. If done correctly the achievement will pop as soon as you hit the bottom of the water.
