Done in TR2 - Catacombs of the Talion
One of the first tasks you need to do in the stage is to grab the Tibetan Mask that's stashed inside a cage. You get to it by jumping to the side of the ramp that has these rolling snowballs on it, running across a crumbly floor, climbing a ladder, pulling a lever and sliding jump off a ramp to pick it up.
You need to do the above in less than 25 seconds, with the timer starting the moment the balls start rolling.
Overall not too hard to do but I've included a video below in case you need some direction.
The achievement will unlock right after you pick up the mask.
