Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft

Gained whilst playing the second level of "The Golden Mask" expansion, not the main game.

At the end of the second level "Fool's Gold" you will find yourself on a walkway/bridge with a skeleton laying in the middle. To progress the level and reach the exit, it is required that you jump onto the ladder/wall and climb down before preforming a safety drop to the far right side and then sliding down a ramp.

As soon as you drop, and before you slide down the ramp, a hand full of rats are present. Kill the rats and light a flair. You will notice a rectangle hole at the base of the wall. Stand up close and draw weapons. Achievement pops during gameplay.

Heartisspoken4 states that "You can also stand on the square with the skeleton, face the rat hole, and throw the flare (hold the inventory button and press RB). The flare will bounce on the floor a couple times and slide right into the hole, unlocking the achievement."
