Kill all single enemys until the final boss appears and go back to the room where You started the level. Let him follow You. Now save. Lower his hp. Go to the bathroom and kill him in front of the shower.
Aim is that his dead body can be visible in the final cutscene by the camera when Lara starts to have a shower.
