How to unlock the TR2 Let’s Dance achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide

Once you press the switch it will highlight red meaning it's on, you do not have to keep pressing it! As long as it stays red and you kill everyone in the ballroom the achievement will unlock!

Pressing it over and over will just mess you up, the music usually goes off when you reload save anyway but you'll still unlock the achievement.

I think it’s worth noting that the enemies themselves may have to be standing in the ball room when they die. It’s not enough for Lara to be in it herself. The first time I tried this I had a couple guys with pistols run back into the small archways that connect the ball room to the main entryway right as I fired the killing shot and the achievement didn’t unlock.

Done in TR2 - Home Sweet Home.

Save the moment you start the stage, it could take a few goes.

Not much to this other than what's in the description. In case it's not clear to you the ballroom is the massive room that connects the kitchen and the swimming pool. The button for the record player is to the right as you come in from the main hall, on the right side of the room.

Overall the hardest part of doing this is getting from the closet to the ballroom as bad luck could have you slamming into the banister or have all the gunmen shooting you down quickly. If you think you need to use a medikit on the way there

If the music finishes before you kill all enemies, make sure to press the button again.

In the closet don't waste time picking up flairs; you won't be going outside and you need to just get the Shotgun, ammo and health ASAP.

MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF "WALK TO ACTION" IN SETTINGS. IMO this is a dumb setting that the games were not designed for and more often than not only gets you killed when you need to quick, so you should really keep it off anyway. Use back/sideflips (so, tank controls, again what the games were designed for) to jump between the different ammo pickups quicker.

And of course, make sure your music setting isn't muted and you're not playing some silly music on Spotify or something, as you'll need to know when you need to press the button again ;)

From the closet I darted straight to the ballroom dodging enemies as much as I could, jumping over the banisters, and pressed the button. After killing the immediate threats I went over to the kitchen and open the back door just in case it spawned some enemies/made it easier for some enemies to get in. I then just waited for enemies to come to me.

When it died down, I wondered towards the front door and then the boss's health bar appeared, so I just went right back to the ballroom and waited for the boss to arrive.

The achievement unlocks during the final cutscene.

You dont need to press the button again, the music usually stops when you reload a save anyway, as long as the switch is red the whole time it will count.
