Golden Mask - Level 5 - Nightmare in Vegas
At the very end of the level you will use the Elevator Junction item to get the elevator working. The boss will be waiting up top to fight you, if you’re going for your collectibles remembering to grab those before engaging the boss. When you’re ready just have the boss chase you down to its cage and kill it in there. Important! Make sure to wait for the boss to fully enter inside the cage with you before you start shooting at the boss, if you shoot the boss too soon it may void the achievement.

It seems that if you shoot it a bit before to be in the cage, you don’t get the achievement…
