Done in TR2 - Living Quarters.
When approaching the Gold secret you'll see it in a pit near some shatter glass that kills you.
The way the devs intended us to collect this secret is by climbing up and dropping on top of it from a crumbly floor.
As we're Tomb Raider's we're able to do more daring manoeuvres. From the ground floor just jump into the pit, towards the secret, while holding the grab button.
