Does this unlock when you grab it or when the level ends? I have picked this up many times under 50 seconds and the thing isn't popping. Either its bugged or it pops at the end of the level
Nvm turns out if you save at the start of the level and reload from here if you mess it up it doesnt count, you have to die, restart the level from the passport and try again
