Unlike the similar achievement in Tibetan Foothills, this is actually quite easy because there are few rooms in the two levels (Cold War and Fool's Gold) where you really need the snowmobile, as the levels are actually full of small corridors where the snowmobiles are hard to use.
Just be careful of the enemy snowmobiles, always be on superior blocks to kill them as they will try to run you over in both levels!
