Done in TR2 - Catacombs of the Talion.
Make a save, this might take a couple of goes.
After picking up the Tibetan Mask and draining the water from the pool, you'll enter a lower area where you'll have to use the Tibetan Mask to open a gate. Make a save before using the Tibetan Mask.
After the gate opens, immediate do running jumps all the way up to where the snowballs start from - by the double doors at the top of the hill. Try to pace your jumps so that you land close to the edge of the last "square" of snow in front of the double doors (you don't have to touch those doors). Make your final jump a 180° flip jump.
Immediately start doing running jumps back down the hill. If you were quick enough, the achievement will unlock straight away.
