This is found on Level 11 - Tibetan Foothills
At the start of the level, there is an eagle flying around, kill it. After that, follow the only path available around the corner to the right, and you'll see a dip in the path, going down and then up, with some boulders ahead. As soon as you drop down the boulders will begin to roll towards you.
You will notice a part of the ice on the left is cracked, in a square shape. Quickly shoot this ice to reveal a tunnel behind it & run into it so that the boulders don't crush you. Keep your guns ready as a snow leopard will run towards you from this tunnel after you enter.
Once you kill the leopard, the achievement should unlock.

At the start of the level Tibetan Foothills you'll almost immediately come to a long snowy slope with some ice boulders rolling down towards you. About halfway up the slope there is a breakable ice wall you can shoot out, behind which is the snow leopard.
