Level 2 - Willard's Lair
After the Boulder trap room in which you can unlock:
The TR3 Underground Pool achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft worth 36 pointsMake all boulders roll in the dungeon
You'll get to a downwards slope with three moving spike walls. MAKE A SAVE NOW! This room is quite hard to pass through and is also the split point for this achievement and the other way to get to Willard's hideout.
Go down on the slope, climb up on your right. Take the ammo pick up in front of you. Go back and do a front flip down,
to crouch hold 
and press 
to perform the front flip. Now you're down again on the first level here is secret number 1. Climb up after picking up the items. Pull the lever to open the door, DON'T PASS THROUGH THE OPENED DOOR, climb up and pull the lever on the top level, and now go through the door the top lever opened. Go right and pick up the large medipack by the gate gaining:

Now follow the corridor to the end, slide down and shoot 4 birds. Watch out for the two falling debris, pass through the gate which the first lever opened, go left and you see an opening in the wall with a text: "abandon hope all ye who enter here". Go past all four spiked ceiling traps. You'll get to a corridor with spikes and a wall made out of leaves, you can climb this wall to the top, do some platforming and once you get into Willard's hideout you'll receive the achievement.
FOR THE OTHER ACHIEVEMENT:
Instead of going through the spiked ceiling traps, go through either opened door, climb your way up. Kill a dog when jumping over a gap and again climb the same corridor as before to the top and enter Willard's hideout. Achievement pops when entering Willard's hideout.

This achievement wouldn't unlock for me when I followed this guide as written or as shown in the video. It actually unlocked the other one (Do Not Abandon Hope) the first time I tried it and nothing popped on my second attempt. I tried it a third time, but without ever going into the room with the 4 crows, and the achievement popped exactly where it should. Unless that was just a strange fluke for me, it seems like going into that room with the 4 crows before going through the 4 spiked ceiling traps locks you out of it.
