For some reason, I did not got the achievement despite the fact I’ve found all secrets.. are we going to go back to pacific at the end or something?

Nope, pops as soon as you discover the last secret area - just like all the others. But I've already mentioned under various guides that the game seems to have issues with cheevos not unlocking/registering right away.

I got 59/60 secrets at the end, but I was sure I took them all 😱😱😱

Afaik the first patch fucked up one of the London levels and one of the secrets won't register unless you progress in a very specific way. So you may have gotten all, but the game didn't register that one.
Just one more reason why I've stopped playing 3 for the time being.
