Simply defeat Tony (the boss at the end of the Caves of Kaliya level) with only the grenade launcher.
The grenade launcher can be found in the boss room, on the opposite side to where you entered. You only need 3 grenades to kill him, which are given to you with the launcher.

If you're having trouble hitting him like I did just land on the same platform as him and hit him point blank with them and just spam medipacks to tank the fire damage!
